Strategy-Based Coaching
Some clients are better served by diving directly into practical executive function support and concrete strategies. If abstract reflection isn't how you work best, we can start immediately with hands-on tools for organization, time management, task breakdown, and daily implementation.
What Agency Looks Like
Agency = strategic competency + leveraged strengths
Strategic competency means knowing where to build skills versus where to seek accommodations. Understanding the difference between "this is hard because I need more practice" and "this is hard because I process information differently and I need a different approach."
Leveraged strengths means designing your life - your daily routines, your education, your work process - around your genuine cognitive abilities and authentic interests, not fighting against them.
