Understand + Accept + Embrace = Agency
The Path: Understand. Accept. Embrace.
Understand how you actually process information - your cognitive strengths and challenges.
Accept your authentic neurological makeup - this isn't about lowering standards or making excuses. It's about recognizing that you process information differently, and that's not a deficit to fix.
Embrace your unique strengths - once you stop white-knuckling your way to be "normal," you can invest that energy where it actually works. Often, your greatest strengths are the things that feel effortless - if it's easy for you but hard for others, that's a strength you should embrace.
This is how you build agency.
What Agency Looks Like
Agency = strategic competency + leveraged strengths
Strategic competency means knowing where to build skills versus where to seek accommodations. Understanding the difference between "this is hard because I need more practice" and "this is hard because I process information differently and I need a different approach."
Leveraged strengths means designing your life - your daily routines, your education, your work process - around your genuine cognitive abilities and authentic interests, not fighting against them.
When you have agency, you can:
Make informed decisions about what paths to pursue
Advocate effectively for what you need
Design strategies that actually work for how you function
Author your own story
Coaching Pathways
For those who benefit from reflective exploration, this 4-session package uses guided questions to build self-knowledge, develop acceptance, and identify strengths. This foundation supports ongoing strategy-based coaching tailored to your specific patterns.
U+A+E for Parents and Families
A guided process to help parents understand their child's neurodivergent experience - how they process information, what truly interests them, and how their environment affects them - so you can provide more effective, strengths-based support.
Strategy-Based Coaching
Some clients are better served by diving directly into practical executive function support and concrete strategies. If abstract reflection isn't how you work best, we can start immediately with hands-on tools for organization, time management, task breakdown, and daily implementation.
