U+A+E Package for Parents
Through guided reflection on your child's experience, you'll build the understanding needed to support them effectively—recognizing how they process information, what drives their interests, and how their environment affects them.
This understanding moves you toward acceptance of your child's unique neurological makeup. Rather than trying to make them fit a neurotypical mold, you recognize their strengths and challenges as connected—two sides of the same coin—rather than a problem. Additionally, you will have the information you need to help them accept their neurological makeup. This acceptance opens possibilities - you can support their growth in ways that honor their authentic self.
And acceptance opens the door to embrace. When you understand your child's cognitive patterns, authentic interests, and environmental needs, you can help them design strategies that work with their wiring. You can help them lean into their strengths while lovingly supporting their challenges. You can help them learn to effectively self-advocate.

How it works:
The U+A+E process adapts to your child's age and your family's communication style. For elementary-age children, sessions focus on helping you understand your child's patterns through guided reflection on your observations. For middle school age and older, we'll determine together whether sessions work best with the whole family, separately, or in a combination - whatever supports the most productive exploration.

4 structured sessions exploring how your child processes information, what genuinely interests them, and how their environment affects them
Guided reflection questions to help you observe and understand your child's patterns
A personalized summary documenting your child's specific patterns and key insights for supporting them
Concrete strategies for supporting your child's strengths and addressing their challenges
The package offers a per-session discount compared to individual sessions. Pricing will be discussed during our initial consultation. I offer a sliding scale based on need and family resources.
After the Package:
This package typically provides the foundational understanding you need to support your child effectively. Many families find the package gives them what they need to move forward confidently.
Some families choose to continue with ongoing parent support as new challenges arise or as their child enters new developmental stages. In other cases, after parents complete the package, we begin working directly with the child on strategy-based coaching. Either way, you're always welcome to reach out when you need additional guidance.
Ongoing Support Benefit:
Clients who complete the U+A+E package receive a permanent discount on all ongoing coaching sessions - whether you choose 25/30-minute or 45/50-minute sessions. This makes continued strategy-based support more accessible as you implement what you've learned.
